Happy Monday!

It was announced today that Dancing with the Stars will include Susan Lucci, Lance Bass, Toni Braxton, Cloris Leachman, Kim Kardashian, Ted McGinley, Brooke Burke, NFL star Warren Sapp and Olympians Misty May-Treanor, who just won the gold medal for beach volleyball at this year's summer games in Beijing, and Maurice Greene, who won two gold medals in track at the 2000 games in Sydney. Also, chef Rocco DiSpirito, Cody Linley, and comedian Jeffrey Ross.

Kim Kardashian cut her foot yesterday but says she will be able to dance. Excuses already Kim? The season hasn't even begun. I can't place any bets just yet, but the athletes are usually the ones to look out for. In spite of previous choreographed dance experience, I don't think anyone is looking for Lance Bass to go hard on the dance floor.

Da Brat (34) aka Shawntae Harris has been sentenced to 3 years for assaulting a hostess in an Atlanta nightclub last year. It was said that Da Brat took a half empty rum bottle and clocked the hostess in the head after an altercation where they bumped into each other. Brat plead guilty to aggravated assault on the hostess/Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader and expected a plea bargain, but was given 3 years behind bars, 7 years probation, and 200 hours of community service. We all saw how she had those champagne bottles ready to clock Chyna Doll's boyfriend Sean on Surreal Life. Bottles are obviously her weapon of choice.

In Los Angeles, a cop pulled over the vehicle of Sean "Diddy" Combs on Sunday morning. It was said that one member of Diddy's entourage became uncooperative and when other members of the entourage (including Diddy) advanced, the cop brandished his weapon out of fear for his safety. The situation was quickly diffused and no citation was given.

On Friday, it was reported that David and Victoria (Posh) Beckham had a serious car accident while en route to the airport in Nice. David was to appear in the passing of the Olympic Torch in Beijing at the closing ceremonies. It's said that he crashed the car into a wall. The passengers side was the point of impact and that is where Posh was seated! Although they were shaken, both were said to be just fine, and David went on to make his appearance at the closing ceremonies. Posh is still in the South of France. Posh's publicist denies there was a car accident. We will have more on this story.

Paula, Randy, and Simon are adding a fourth judge to American Idol in January when the eighth season begins. It was speculated that with ratings down, and Nigel Lythgoe out as executive producer, something had to be done! So they are bringing on Kara DioGuardi permanently. She has worked with Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera, and Justin Timberlake. I don't know how she will be at judging, but sounds good enough. I am just wondering what they will do in the event there is a tie.

Is it just me or is Sam Ronson looking more and more masculine. Lindsay's girlfriend has colored her hair darker, and gotten it cut shorter. She is also rocking boy's clothing. Maybe she was just playing the part since the couple were out last night in NYC having dinner with Lindsay's mom, Dina Lohan.

It was rumored that Madonna got a little political in her first weekend of the "Sticky & Sweet" tour. She was said to have images of Presidential Candidate John McCain alongside Hitler and pictures of Barack Obama alongside the likes of Gandi as she performed her song "Get Stupid". Way to get controversial Madge! That girl is always thinking! Take a look...


It was also rumored that popular R&B singing group from back in the day Jodeci was performing a reunion show when member Jo Jo just fell out on the ground. Fellow member on stage, K-Ci just keeps performing. They leave the guy laying on the ground. My goodness! This is worse than the 5 Heartbeats. If you don't believe me, take a look at the video!

Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, Rumer Willis, Rumer's boyfriend, Micah Alberti, Bruce Willis, and Bruce's girlfriend, Emma Heming, sisters Scout and Tallulah Willis all gave Rumer support at the opening of her movie The Bunny House co-starring Anna Ferris. What a nuclear family!

Madonna is enjoying the last days of summer by kicking off her Sticky & Sweet Tour. She gave an awesome performance, and her family even watched her in the audience. I wonder what her kids thought? Either way, she is certainly in her element in this pic.

Naomi Campbell and her boyfriend Brazilian Businessman Marcus Elias enjoyed time in Capri Italy. Don't we always picture Naomi as always being on a perpetual field trip where she assaults random people along the way? She actually looks tranquil in this shot!

Pink Bunny News Gossip Tips August 23, 2008

It's Saturday and time for the weekly gossip...

In gossip news, Pink Bunny heard that Nicole Richie has warned Mary-Kate Olsen to stay away from her man. After pics of Mary-Kate all over Joel Madden in New York City a few weeks ago, Nicole was fed up. Reports are that Nicole called Madden's phone nonstop while he was at the Black & White bar in the East Village but he refused to answer. A source says that Nicole is really angry right now, and made it very clear for Mary-Kate to stay away from her man!

When Jessica Simpson was interviewed on a radio talk show, she responded to the interview where Carrie Underwood said that her ex (Jessica's current) Tony Roma still calls. Jessica said that both she and Tony got a "chuckle out of it", and even went so far as to say that she knew it wasn't true because she "checked his call log". Sounds a little desperate to me. Although I am always skeptical of people who kiss and tell, I don't really see Carrie as a liar or a hater. Only Tony knows...

Pink Bunny also heard a rumor that Dean McDermott is smoking hot mad at his wife Tori Spelling. It's said that he wanted Tori to take the role on the new version of Beverly Hills 90210 even if it meant being paid less than Shannon Doherty, and Jenny Garth. her salary would be significantly less. It's been said that she expected more because it was her father who created the show. Wow, and she says she doesn't want to stand on her father's name and reputation. Tori declined to appear when she found that out. Not to mention that her character was a supporting role, and she wasn't even that good or intricate to any plot. Dean says they aren't hurting for money, and that they still have their show on Oxygen, so she should have taken the role so he could be worked in at some point. A match made in heaven.

People Magazine is reporting that Jen Aniston was upset about her break up with John Mayer and called to cry on the shoulder of Brad Pitt's mother Jane! Jane consoled Jen while staying at the French estate of Brad & Angelina. Reports are that while Jane Pitt was speaking with Jen, Brad walked into the room, and was handed the phone. He listened while Jen whined and also tried to console her. I can just picture his mom handing him the phone and him looking like a deer caught in headlights. Then I can see him handing the phone back to his mother and making the face at her like "why did you do this to me Mom?" Buck up Jen! That's one of the cardinal rules is that you don't let the ex see your not holding it together! This girl still has a lot of learning to do!


Why is Ricky Martin fueling the gay rumor mills by announcing he has fathered twins via surrogate! He is a rock star for God's sake! He should have impregnated any number of women by now! So he has twins like a lot of other stars these days. He is a full time father and sole parent to these twins which is very admirable, but come on Ricky...who are you fooling? Doesn't matter how many models you are seen with, we know the score. And we are fine with it. We are happy for him, and wish him all of the best at being a single father of twin baby boys!

Finally, the funniest gossip I heard this week was how Britney Spears cut up when she heard that baby daddy K-Fed was out with his ex Shar Jackson while she was at home caring for their sick child. What was funny was that she even cares what this deadbeat is doing or who he is doing it with. It was said K-Fed and Shar attended the Madden 09 launch party while Brit was at home with the boys. 2 year old Sean had an ear infection. It is said that Britney was fine with caring for the sick toddler while Kevin went to the party, when she found out that he went with Shar, she freaked out. They said she called and sent numerous texts to K-Fed over the course of the night until Kevin got so worried that he called Britney's father to go check on the children for him. Of course the children were just fine. Britney says she is pissed that he lets Shar spend her money. Why doesn't she just see that he is a dirtball and chalk that up as a loss and move on? I wouldn't care what he did with the money as long as he took care of those children properly. I was so proud of her recovery until I heard that. She still needs to work on her self worth if this is any issue at all for her.
