Breaking News!Actor Morgan Freeman is in serious condition after he was injured in a car accident Sunday evening in Ruleville, Miss. Freeman and an unidentified woman were on Highway 32 when his 1997 Nissan Maxima went off the road and rolled over. He is such a nice man, I truly hope that this doesn't turn into a scandal for him. Isn't it bad enough that the award winning actor was in a Nissan Maxima! Anyhow, we wish Morgan a swift recovery.
Almost just as awkward is how Shia LaBeouf was in an accident with one of his Transformers 2 costars, Isabel Lucas (23), but I did not realize she is the on again/off again girlfriend of one of my favorite stars, Adrian Grenier of Entourage (32). Apparently Adrian was with another model that night, Melissa Keller, but when he heard about Isabel, he came running back. Although she was not injured, they were spotted together after the accident. Will they stat together this time, or go back to dating other people? Gotta love how a crisis can bring people together.
Apparently Mary-Kate Olsen wants immunity from prosecution before she will cooperate with federal officials in the investigation of the death of actor Heath Ledger. The only person left to interview is Olsen, and they are hoping that she will come around and answer questions without the need for a subpoena. Oxycodone and Vicodin are the only unprescribed drugs that were found in Ledger's system. His work on The Dark Knight has brought many posthumous accolades to the 28 year old single father. Hopefully this can be over soon, and his family can get the answers they deserve. Come on Mary-Kate...let's not drag this out any longer than necessary.
