Thank goodness that the US government has decided to assist the largest mortgage giants, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac, with their financial woes. I just have to wonder how this could ever be a question? We throw money into such silly, frivolous things that it really should be a no brainer to bail out the owners of most loans in the country.
